We are now hiring Call Centre agents to join our high-energy outbound sales team, selling £97 Discovery Day business training events. This is a full end-to-end sales role — you will book your own clients, manage them through the journey, and close face-to-face sales on the day of the event.
The Role – End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Calling warm outbound leads
- Selling tickets to Discovery Day events
- Booking your own clients onto events
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Following up and nurturing prospects before the event
- Meeting your clients face-to-face on the event day
- Closing sales in person when they arrive
You are the front end and closing point of the Trade Mastermind sales engine.

What You’ll Do Day to Day
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
- Convert business owners into Discovery Day attendees
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Use structured follow-up and objection-handling frameworks
- Track KPIs daily and work to clear targets
- Deliver professional, confident calls every time
- Meet clients face-to-face and close sales on event days

You must have:
- Minimum 3 years’ outbound phone sales experience
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Strong pipeline and follow-up management skills
- Experience working to high call volumes and clear KPIs
- Confidence, energy, and resilience
