We are now seeking a Business Trainer & Coach with strong financial acumen and exceptional public speaking skills to play a key role in delivering our live training events, a pivotal first step in each client's journey with us.
- Deliver engaging Discovery Days, helping trades business owners understand their current position and what’s possible for their future.
- Provide practical financial guidance, supporting business owners with forecasting, budgeting, and profit planning.
- Inspire and motivate attendees to take the next step in growing their business.
- Support clients with ongoing coaching and mentorship, ensuring they implement key strategies successfully.
Live Training Event Delivery (Core Focus)
- Break down financial concepts into clear, practical insights tailored for tradespeople.
- Help participants identify key gaps in their business, particularly around profitability, cash flow, and planning.
- Guide attendees through financial forecasting exercises and business growth opportunities.
Coaching & Financial Mentorship
- Provide one-to-one and group coaching with a focus on financial performance and accountability.
- Support clients in building robust financial plans, including helping clients confidently understand their numbers and make better business decisions.
Training & Programme Development
- Contribute to improving our academy curriculum, particularly in financial education and business fundamentals.
- Develop practical, real-world training materials relevant to trades-based businesses.
- Deliver engaging sessions using a variety of training styles.
- Deliver compelling presentations on business growth and financial mastery within the trades sector.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and financial best practices.
- Proven experience in business management, ideally within trades, construction, or SMEs.
- Strong understanding of financials including forecasting, budgeting, profit & loss, and cash flow.
- Experience in training, coaching, or facilitating workshops.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences.
- Passion for helping business owners succeed.
