We are seeking a driven and experienced Partnership Manager to lead the development of Trade Masterminds affinity partnership network. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships with organisations, associations, and brands that align with our mission to elevate the UK trades sector.
- Designing partnership models that create measurable commercial and brand growth.
- Building, nurturing, and maintaining long-term relationships with partners to drive engagement and success.
Partnership Programme Implementation:
- Leading the full lifecycle of partnership activation, from agreement and onboarding to launch and performance review.
Revenue Growth & Performance Management:
- Driving commercial growth through strategic partnership initiatives that expand our reach and client base.
- Monitoring and reporting on partnership performance using KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Brand Representation:
- Representing Trade Mastermind at partner meetings, trade events, and conferences, promoting the brand with professionalism and confidence.

- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
