This is a full end-to-end sales role where you will book your own clients, manage them through the journey, and close face-to-face sales on the day of the event.
The RoleEnd-to-End Sales Ownership
- You will be responsible for the full client journey:
- Calling warm outbound leads
- Selling tickets to Discovery Day events
- Booking your own clients onto events
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Following up and nurturing prospects before the event
- Meeting your clients face-to-face on the event day
- Closing sales in person when they arrive
You are the front end and closing point of the Trade Mastermind sales engine.

You must have:
- Minimum 3 years outbound phone sales experience
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Strong pipeline and follow-up management skills
- Experience working to high call volumes and clear KPIs
- Confidence, energy, and resilience
- Strong objection-handling and communication skills
- A competitive, results-driven mindset
- Inbound-only salespeople
- Appointment setters with no closing experience
- Anyone uncomfortable with targets or call volume
- People who do not want face-to-face sales responsibility
