About the Role
As our Junior Business Executive Assistant, you will work closely with senior leaders, supporting the day-to-day running of the business and helping to keep projects, meetings, communications, and priorities organised and on track. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in business operations, executive support, or leadership administration. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business while receiving training, development, and mentoring from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leaders with diary management, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions through to completion.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external communications professionally.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents to a high standard.
- Monitor deadlines and support teams in delivering key actions.
- Maintain accurate records, systems, and administrative processes.
- Assist with business projects and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Support company events, training programmes, and leadership activities.

About You
