Hybrid working – Monday and Friday working from home, Tuesday-Thursday working from the office

Basic Salary Β£32K–£36K dependent on experience plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, discretionary bonus and annual eye test voucher

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Executive with proven B2B experience, ideally within a membership/client service-led organisation (e.g. Trade Association), to effectively coordinate and lead the communications and marketing programme.

  • Shows, Conferences and Events

Experience and knowledge:

  • Knowledge of and/or genuine interest in Motorsport or its engineering industry is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in B2B communications and marketing role
  • BA degree level (or equivalent) in communications, marketing, linguistics, English or similar subject
  • Excellent professional written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience with creating graphics to support social media and mailer templates is an advantage
  • Excellent editing, copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Confident and motivated to work independently
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and tools
  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills
  • Data analytical skills
  • Budget management skills
  • Proficient in IT with Microsoft Office, CRM, website management
  • A multi-tasker who has the ability to work under pressure within a small team, to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns and approaches
  • Taking a well-organised, planned approach to work with strong attention to detail
