The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 £ per year.

Salary: Competitive, starting from £60,000 per annum, commensurate with skills, experience, and the successful applicant’s fit for the role. Field based, with extensive travel across the UK, plus regular overnights away from home. Permanent, full-time position. 36.5 hours per week.

The postholder will have overall responsibility for the British Pest Control Association’s (BPCA) membership engagement, development, technical (pest control) support, compliance and member assessments. The postholder plays a crucial role in devising and ensuring the delivery of the membership development/engagement strategy, including plans, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the BPCA’s mission and vision.

They’ll be an active member of the BPCA Senior Management Team, influencing processes, procedures and policies across the organisation. The role has overall responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of quality, as well as the range of member support services, benefits, and partnerships. Your work will involve leading the technical and membership team, which is a small, dynamic team within an award-winning Association, full of trade association professionals.

Established in 1942, we’re a not-for-profit membership organisation with a suite of benefits, courses, events, and publications. We operate from our premises on Pride Park, central Derby, 10‑minute walk from Derby Train Station.
