ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER

THE OPPORTUNITY
TIQ London office is part of our UK, Europe and Middle East region and looking to fill the role of Assistant Office Manager .
Based in our London office, this is an on-site role Monday-Friday that provides administrative assistance, building oversight and management, support to Queensland clients utilising the meeting and conference space at Queensland House, events management and general support to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Commissioner and Queensland Government team.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You have high level written and spoken English and are fluent in one (or more) European languages, noting TIQ works regularly with entities in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal
- Your ability to manage a diverse range of activities with conflicting priorities is your specialty
- You bring previous experience in providing operations support for marketing and events management
