ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER

Trade and Investment Queensland – London Office

THE OPPORTUNITY

TIQ London office is part of our UK, Europe and Middle East region and looking to fill the role of Assistant Office Manager .

Based in our London office, this is an on-site role Monday-Friday that provides administrative assistance, building oversight and management, support to Queensland clients utilising the meeting and conference space at Queensland House, events management and general support to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Commissioner and Queensland Government team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have high level written and spoken English and are fluent in one (or more) European languages, noting TIQ works regularly with entities in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal
  • Your ability to manage a diverse range of activities with conflicting priorities is your specialty
  • You bring previous experience in providing operations support for marketing and events management

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE TO WORK FOR TIQ IN LONDON?

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • Work Authorisation – be a British citizen or legally authorised to live and work in London at the time of appointment
  • Language – must have high level written and spoken English and fluency in at least one European language would be an advantage
  • Security Clearance – willing to undertake a background check and be confirmed as a suitable to access Government resources

BENEFITS OF EMPLOYMENT
