We provide excellent design solutions to clients, enabling digital infrastructure and building environments while helping clients realise zeroâcarbon plans. We cover the entire life cycle of any building project, saving clients time, money, and effort.
Role Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities across RED's sector teams.
- Coordinate endâtoâend recruitment administration, including posting job adverts on internal and external platforms, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting selection and offer stages.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in RED's HR systems.
- Provide monthly and adâhoc recruitment reporting and analytics.
- Conduct initial rightâtoâwork and immigration checks.
- Shortlist candidates and assist in final selection decisions.
- Provide candidate insights and profiling recommendations to hiring teams.
- Ensure alignment with RED's compensation and benefits policies when communicating with candidates.
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Represent RED at universities, job fairs, and recruitment events to enhance our employer brand and talent pipeline.
- Champion RED's values and gain a strong understanding of our business needs.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year(s) in recruitment or an equivalent talent acquisition role.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, and Excel).
- Good understanding of HR and recruitment processes and terminology (essential).
- Excellent organisational, timeâmanagement, prioritising, and attentionâtoâdetail skills.
- Confidential and discreet with a proactive team ethos.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral.
- CIPD qualification (desirable).
- Degree qualified or equivalent HR qualification (desirable).
- Working experience with HR and recruitment software/project management systemsâe.g., SAP (desirable).
