  • Develop market‑leading, modular product capabilities that enable flexible deployment and new revenue opportunities.
  • Own the creation of business cases and investment proposals for product development and enhancement.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to translate strategy into high‑quality functional and non‑functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers on cross‑portfolio strategy, including data and shared capabilities.
  • Plan product releases, manage dependencies and support effective risk management across development and go‑to‑market activity.
  • Assess strategic partnerships and support integration of products resulting from M&A activity.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Embed innovation processes that link strategy, delivery and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure improvement initiatives deliver value for both Tracsis and our customers.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the business, particularly with Sales, Account Management and Technology teams.
  • Take a consultative approach to customer engagement, gathering feedback and supporting successful product adoption.
  • Provide oversight and reporting across multiple concurrent strategic product initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, regulations and competitive landscape within Rail Technology.
  • Produce market, competitor and gap analysis to inform investment decisions and product direction.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, product launches and go‑to‑market activity.
  • Create compelling product collateral for internal and external audiences and represent the business at events when required.
  • Develop and review sales enablement materials to ensure teams clearly understand product capabilities and value propositions.
  • Support bids, proposals and RFP responses with high‑quality product content.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during the sales process, including delivering product demonstrations.
  • Work with Business Change teams to ensure customers maximise the value of deployed solutions.

Testing, release & quality

  • Ensure appropriate test cases and scripts are in place to validate product capabilities.
  • Monitor and report on test outcomes across both internal initiatives and customer projects.

  • Confidence communicating complex ideas clearly to a range of technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong market and competitive analysis capability, turning insight into actionable direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and attention to detail.
  • Personal resilience and comfort working in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.
