The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Central Services Finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day finance operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with defined processes. You’ll work across a range of core finance activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and banking, helping to maintain high-quality financial data and supporting the wider finance team. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the administration of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes
  • Processing sales invoices, supplier invoices, and employee expenses (including credit cards)
  • Assisting with cash allocation, bank reconciliations, and payment runs
  • Supporting period-end activities through timely and accurate processing
  • Maintaining customer and supplier records to ensure data accuracy
  • Following established standard operating procedures and escalation processes
  • Contributing to the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data
