Trackunit is a fast‑growing company and a leading supplier of IoT solutions, operating from offices around the world. We specialize in digital solutions that connect machines, people, and systems across the global construction industry. Construction remains one of the least digitalized industries, resulting in significant productivity challenges despite growing global demand. At Trackunit, we’re transforming the industry through data, connectivity, automation, and intelligent technology that help our customers work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

We are looking for a Senior GTM Engineer & Global Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this strategic role combines long‑term planning with operational execution, serving as a key partner to GTM leadership. The successful candidate will drive the evolution of our GTM operating model by building scalable systems, optimizing processes, strengthening data governance, and leveraging AI‑enabled automation to accelerate revenue growth, improve team productivity, and enhance customer outcomes globally.

With team members and offices located across North America and Europe, we offer a flexible work environment with the option to work from one of our offices or remotely. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

  • We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and support them through training, coaching and mindfulness as well as with an open feedback culture.
  • Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché; we do offer you a flexible setup and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like.

Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. This priority starts with our hiring - we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We only assess candidates on their qualifications and merit.

Who are you ideally?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Projects, GTM Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience leading complex cross‑functional transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of GTM operations, customer lifecycle management, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and modern GTM technology ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience developing executive‑level reporting and business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project and programme management capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution environments.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across multiple teams.

Don't meet every single requirement? No worries – this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you’re super excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
