As our Solutions Consultant, your number one priority is helping customers unlock brand health insights they can't surface in the dashboard alone, while owning commercial outcomes across onboarding, renewals, and pre-sales conversations.
At Tracksuit, Solutions Consultants turn brand data into brand stories. You'll support our growing UK Solutions team, working alongside Max to make sure customers get real, actionable insight from their Tracksuit data, wherever the dashboard alone can't get them there. You'll be a trusted analytical and commercial partner across Sales, Customer Success, and Product, helping brands see what their data is really telling them. As we continue to scale in the UK, this role is central to how customers experience the depth of what Tracksuit can offer.
What you'll do:
- Own brand tracker & insight delivery: Lead brand tracker development and survey consultation cross-functionally between customers, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Uncover the story in the data: Analyse customer and category data to surface actionable brand performance insights and translate them into clear, compelling narratives.
- Maintain the standard: Keep insight delivery accurate and consistent with Tracksuit's data integrity and storytelling standards.
- Support commercial conversations: Bring analytical and commercial context to onboarding, quarterly reviews, and renewals.
- Add insight value pre-sales: Support scoping and survey design conversations where your expertise adds real commercial weight.
- Navigate complexity: Handle methodological questions and disputes on complex accounts, with guidance from senior team members.
- Shape the product: Propose new ways of cutting data that could live in the Tracksuit dashboard, working directly with Product to develop these improvements.
- Build scalable solutions: Collaborate with colleagues on repeatable approaches and enablement for other teams.
- Bring local context to a global picture: Contribute UK market and category knowledge to global insight frameworks.
- Represent Tracksuit externally: Promote Tracksuit at industry events and through networks (e.g. Market Research Society, Aura Awards, MADFest).
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years' experience in insights, analytics, brand tracking, or market research (agency or client-side).
- Working knowledge of brand tracking methodology and metrics.
- Solid grounding in quantitative research — survey design, sampling, statistical interpretation.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to make data commercially compelling to non-research audiences.
- Confidence collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
- A kind, smart, and genuine human with a growth mindset.
Nice to have:
- SaaS experience — familiarity with subscription/dashboard-based delivery and how product engagement drives retention and expansion.
- FMCG research experience.
- Exposure to pre-sales (advanced discovery, demo facilitation, solution scoping and architecting).
- Mentoring and coaching experience.
What success looks like (first 12 months):
- Consistently high-quality, well-turned-around tracker builds and survey consultations for customers.
- Insight outputs that visibly shape onboarding, QBR, and renewal conversations, reflected in Sales/CS feedback.
- Meaningful contribution to pre-sales scoping and win outcomes on supported deals.
- Strong, growing use of Tracksuit's AI tooling across insight and analysis work.
£54,000 - £74,500 a year
