Are you passionate about Quality Management, compliance, and helping organizations improve how they work? We are seeking a full-time remote eQMS Pre-Sales & Application Specialist. The role involves conducting virtual product demonstrations, providing technical quality expertise during the pre-sales process, supporting sales teams by showcasing the platform’s features, benefits, ROI by creating tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. The specialist will be responsible for addressing client quality inquiries, assisting with onboarding and training, and delivering ongoing support to ensure client success. A key part of the role is building strong customer relationships to facilitate adoption of Trackmedium eQMS.
In this role, you’ll combine your quality management expertise with strong communication and business skills to demonstrate how Trackmedium eQMS helps organizations simplify compliance, improve audit readiness, and strengthen their quality culture. You’ll be working with international clients across various industries, so excellent English communication skills are essential.
This position is ideal for professionals with a quality management background who enjoy engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and supporting successful implementations. Any required technical expertise can be learned on the job through hands-on training with our team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging live and virtual demonstrations of Trackmedium eQMS, tailored to international customers from diverse industries (manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, etc.)
- Explain how Trackmedium helps organizations manage compliance, audits, CAPA, document control, and risk management more effectively
- Support new customers through onboarding and configuration to ensure smooth adoption of the platform
- Conduct training sessions and webinars to help users gain full value from their eQMS
- Provide ongoing customer success support and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Gather feedback from customers and demos to help the product team enhance features and workflows
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in eQMS implementation, auditing, or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS/eQMS) and standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485
- Familiarity with eQMS or other management systems software — training will be provided to develop the required product knowledge
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with international clients at all organizational levels
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies that support Quality Management and compliance
