Job Description
We are currently recruiting the below:
Job title: Care Assistant
Pay Rate: Rate + travel time + mileage (35p)
Monday – Friday: £10.35 per hour
Saturday & Sunday: £11.06 per hour
Bank Holiday: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Full time & Part Time Hours available
Shifts: Between 7am-10.30pm including alternate weekends and day/nights sits available
Experience: None required as Kingdom Healthcare will provide full paid training and shadowing shifts which will provide you with the best foundation needed to start your healthcare career.
As a Care Assistant, you will provide extremely high standards of care to our service users in your local community.
Duties include:
Personal Care (Toileting, showering, dressing etc)
Light domestic duties
Companionship
Assisting with medication
Preparing/serving meal and snacks
Your visits to our service users are not only about practical help but also a support to our service user’s emotional needs, especially those who may live alone or have been isolated from society. A Community Care Assistant is more than just a job, it is a calling which provides real satisfaction knowing you have allowed and enabled elderly and vulnerable people to remain in their homes whilst receiving the assistance they need to maintain a quality of life.
