We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the delivery of new features onto our AtlasNXT platform from concept through to release. As a Product Manager on the team you’ll work closely with Engineering and QA to define, prioritise, and ship capabilities that meet user needs, accessibility standards, and business objectives aligned with ensuring that our customers (and future customers) are able to protect their people 24/7. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment, is deeply detail-oriented, and brings a collaborative, pragmatic mindset with a curiosity for modern UX and AI-driven design.
What will you do?
- Work closely with engineering and QA teams to guide features from concept to release, ensuring quality.
- Draft PRDs with functional specifications for proposed initiatives, and maintain requirements throughout delivery.
- Run effective agile ceremonies (stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive an efficient workflow and remove blockers.
- Conduct Acceptance Testing of delivered work.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Maintain a backlog and ensure work is ready for Sprints.
- Agree and prioritise bugs for engineering to deliver.
- Ensure capabilities being delivered are marked up for analytics tracking.
Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is looking to succeed within a fast-paced, iterative environment.
What we are looking for:
- SaaS experience
- An effective communicator, who is collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions driven.
- A curiosity about emerging trends in UX, and AI driven design.
- Experience with Figma, Mixpanel, Linear/Jira (or similar)
- Experience working in the geospatial or intelligence space would also be highly desirable!
