A leading global US law firm are looking to hire an outstanding Corporate M&A Associate at the mid level into its London team. This is a high-calibre, fast paced team handling complex, high-value domestic and cross-border M&A for major corporates, financial institutions and investors. The firm is being highly selective with this hire and is looking for candidates with:
- 3–6 years’ PQE
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor
- Strong Corporate M&A experience
- Current experience at a top International heavy weight firm, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or leading US law firm
- Strong grades and academics (min 2:1)
- Excellent technical ability and deal experience
- Strong commercial judgement and communication skills
This would suit a high-performing Associate looking to move into a top-tier US platform while continuing to work on sophisticated international M&A mandates.
