Supervising Senior eDiscovery / Document Review Lead (Will lead a team of Paralegals) Can be based in Leeds, London, Manchester or Birmingham There are plenty of standard document review roles where you are brought in to manage a process. This isn't one of them. This role offers an exceptional salary well above market rate. And so much more than just standard doc review. Track Legal is working exclusively with a major international law firm making a significant investment in the future of its legal delivery capability. They are looking for an experienced eDiscovery/document review professional who can combine serious technical review expertise with leadership, commercial judgement and an appetite to change how this work is delivered. This is a senior, permanent hire with real visibility across the firm. You will supervise a team of exceptional, experienced paralegals, and take ownership of complex, high-value document review mandates, lead the teams delivering them and work directly with senior lawyers and clients. But the more interesting part is what comes next. The firm is actively developing how it uses technology, automation and GenAI within legal delivery. They want someone who understands document review today, but is equally interested in helping shape what sophisticated document review looks like in the future. Who are we looking for? This search is intentionally broader than qualified lawyers. You may currently be a Review Manager, Document Review Manager, eDiscovery Manager, eDiscovery Project Manager, Supervising Lawyer, Senior Review Lawyer, Legal Delivery Manager, Managed Review Manager, Disclosure Manager, Litigation Support Manager, Senior/Lead Paralegal or Paralegal Manager. You do not need to be a qualified solicitor . What matters is the depth of your experience: We are looking for someone with circa 5+ years of directly relevant experience in eDiscovery/document review, whether gained within a law firm, ALSP, specialist eDiscovery/document review business or sophisticated legal delivery environment. By this stage in your career, you should have progressed beyond simply conducting document review yourself. You should be comfortable taking ownership of reviews, determining how they should be delivered, supervising review teams, managing quality and escalations and dealing confidently with senior legal stakeholders. Strong experience of RelativityOne or another leading review platform is important, alongside genuine exposure to large-scale contentious, investigations or regulatory review work. Experience managing people is highly attractive. So is meaningful exposure to AI/GenAI, technology-assisted review or wider innovation within legal delivery. Why move? Aside from the highly competitive remuneration package and benefits, this offers something quite different from another eDiscovery project-management job. You are joining a highly sophisticated international legal business that wants this hire to have a voice in how the service develops globally , not simply keep existing projects moving. There is scope to influence technology adoption, improve how review work is structured and delivered, develop teams and build relationships across a major legal platform. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration or contact Sarah Beard via LinkedIn for more information.
