A high-performing, top Legal 500 Structured Finance team is looking to add a further mid-level Associate due to an exceptionally strong and sustained workflow.
The Platform
This is a busy, well-established structured finance practice with a deep pipeline of work and a strong reputation in the market. The team is growing organically and known for being collaborative, well-resourced and technically excellent. There is a healthy mix of senior and junior associates, creating a supportive environment with proper supervision and progression. The team is very open to international lawyers and has several Australian and New Zealand-qualified associates already. Prior London experience would be helpful but is not required; strong training from a top-tier Australian or New Zealand firm is also welcomed.
The Work
The role is predominantly structured finance, with some exposure to securitisation. The work is varied, complex and fast-paced. Expect exposure to:
- Structured finance transactions across a range of asset classes
- Securitisation work alongside broader structured products
- Acting on sophisticated, technical deals with international elements
The ideal profile:
- 3–4 PQE structured finance lawyer
- Strong experience in structured finance; some securitisation exposure helpful but not essential
- Trained at a high-quality firm (UK or international)
- England & Wales qualified, or Australian / New Zealand-qualified lawyers welcome
- Comfortable managing multiple matters in a high-volume environment
