Track Legal are instructed on a new Real Estate Finance Associate opportunity within a well established Legal 500 ranked practice known for its quality of work and supportive culture.
The role sits within a respected real estate finance team advising lenders and borrowers on investment and development finance transactions across a broad range of asset classes. Expect exposure to complex financing structures, security packages and intercreditor arrangements. Strong real estate finance experience is essential.
The team is looking for someone confident with handling major elements of REF transactions with Partner support. At 3 to 5 years PQE, you will take ownership of deals, liaise directly with clients and work closely with the lead Partner on deal structuring and negotiation strategy.
The culture is very adult and grown up. Target hours are 1500 and the environment is relaxed, professional and trust based. This would particularly suit someone currently at a strong national firm or a regional UK practice looking to step up into a top London real estate finance platform with high profile, interesting work as part of a truly global firm.
