The firm has grown significantly in recent years through strategic expansion and talent acquisition, adding a large number of lawyers across England and Wales over the past year and deepening its national footprint. The firm is recognised for delivering high-quality, client-focused private client and wealth planning advice — from sophisticated estate planning to intergenerational succession, trusts and tax mitigation for high-net-worth individuals.

This is a Partner appointment with real scope to help shape the private wealth offering. The role will involve:
- Advising high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees on complex estate and succession planning
- Working with both UK and international clients
- Structuring and drafting wills, trusts and lifetime planning documents
- Giving strategic advice on tax-efficient wealth transfer, family investment structures and trust administration
- Managing and growing client relationships across a broad and diverse client base
- Providing leadership within the private client team and contributing to practice development
The ideal profile:
- 7+ years post-qualification experience
- Partner or talented, ambitious legal professional ready to make the step up to Partner with strong private wealth/estate planning experience
- Established network and growing client portfolio
- Technical excellence in wills, trusts, estate planning and related tax-mitigating structures
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices
