Tier 1 US firm in London have a new opening for a Senior Associate (6–7 PQE) to join their busy Funds Finance group. In this role you’ll work on a strong pipeline of sponsor-side and lender-side transactions, including subscription line facilities, NAV financings and more complex hybrid structures for top-tier private equity and credit funds.
The team operates at the very top end of the global market, offering exposure to sophisticated, cross-border work and high-profile fund clients. You’ll take on a visible role in deal execution, with genuine responsibility and regular client interaction.
