The London office plays a pivotal role within the global offering, particularly in regulatory and transactional work, with a collaborative culture and strong cross-border integration.
The Opportunity: The new Associate will work closely with senior lawyers and Partners advising major banks, investment firms, asset managers and fintech platforms on a wide range of regulatory matters. This includes advising on UK and EU regulatory frameworks, governance and conduct issues, regulatory perimeter questions, and the structuring of new products and platforms. The team is also heavily involved in transactional support, providing regulatory input on complex deals and strategic projects. Expect strong client exposure, varied work and the chance to build a well-rounded regulatory skillset early in your career.
Candidate Requirements: England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1–3 PQE and experience/interest in financial services regulation.
