Well-established Employment team operating globally from London is looking to hire a 4–6 PQE lawyer into a busy practice, with a varied mix of contentious and advisory work, close partner access and clear scope to step up.

The Firm: International firm with a strong reputation for advising major corporates, financial institutions and funds on complex, high-value matters. The London office is well integrated globally and known for its collaborative, collegiate culture and commercially minded approach. The employment group is recognised in the market and operates closely with corporate, litigation and other practice areas on cross-border mandates.

The Opportunity: You’ll join a high-quality team advising predominantly employer-side clients across a broad spread of work. This includes tribunal and High Court litigation, day-to-day advisory, support on corporate transactions, senior executive matters and international projects. The split between contentious and non-contentious work is genuinely balanced, giving strong variety. You’ll have direct exposure to partners, early responsibility on matters and will be encouraged to get involved with business development from the start.

Candidate Requirements: 4–6 PQE England & Wales qualified with solid experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment work. Experience supporting corporate transactions, including due diligence and TUPE advice, is important. You should be confident managing matters with limited supervision as well as helping to mentor junior, be commercially aware, and comfortable working closely with clients and across practice areas. Strong technical ability and a proactive approach to contributing to team growth are key.
