An excellent opportunity has opened for an Associate looking to specialise in CLOS/Repackaging to join a highly regarded, international finance team with a strong reputation in the CLO and securitisation space.

The Platform

You’ll be joining a global law firm with a major international footprint and top ranked London Finance practice. The team works closely with colleagues across Europe and the US on complex, cross-border transactions. The culture is collegiate, supportive and focused on building strong technical lawyers from an early stage.

The Work

The role focuses on high-quality structured products, including:

• CLO transactions (new issuances, refinancings and resets)
• Repackaging and structured note programmes
• Acting for arrangers, managers and investors
• Cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions

Associates are given early responsibility and meaningful involvement in transactions, with close partner support and strong mentoring. This is a firm known for investing heavily in junior lawyers, giving them the proper foundations to become well-rounded finance lawyers and progress through the ranks.

The ideal profile

• Experience in structured products, CLOs and/or repackaging or a structured finance background with keen interest to specialise in this field
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• An interest in complex, technical work and international transactions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced but supportive environment

This is a high-quality role for junior structured finance lawyers looking to develop deep technical expertise in CLOs/Securitisation.
