Tier 1 US firm in London have a new opening for a Senior Associate (6–7 PQE) to join their busy Funds Finance group. In this role you’ll work on a strong pipeline of sponsor-side and lender-side transactions, including subscription line facilities, NAV financings and more complex hybrid structures for top-tier private equity and credit funds.
Crucially, this is a team where senior associates get to step up — leading on transactions, building client relationships and positioning themselves for Partnership, rather than sitting in a support role.
