Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Family Law Solicitor to join our expanding team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor early in their career who wants hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and genuine progression opportunities within a fast-growing and modern practice. You will work closely with experienced senior solicitors on a busy caseload involving divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters, while gradually building and managing your own files with support and supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Assisting on complex divorce, financial, and children matters
  • Drafting legal documents, statements, and court applications
  • Attending hearings, conferences, and client meetings
  • Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and third parties
  • Supporting evidence preparation and case management
  • Working collaboratively with paralegals and the wider team
  • Delivering excellent client care in line with the firm’s modern and approachable ethos

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 0–3 years PQE in family law (NQ candidates and trainees qualifying into family law are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent client-care and relationship-building ability
  • Positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment
  • Advocacy experience or confidence attending hearings desirable
