We are seeking an ambitious, adaptable intern to join our dynamic London-based startup and become an integral part of our growth journey. This is not a typical internship; it offers a unique and very hands-on opportunity to gain comprehensive business experience, work directly with startup founders, develop critical professional skills across multiple domains, and possibly represent Tracer at engineering conferences globally.
Over the internship, you will cover all non-tech aspects of the business ranging from market research to contract drafting to marketing and event organization to raise awareness about our product. This will be a fast-paced role with a high degree of responsibility. We are looking for a go-getter intern who can get stuff done and is hungry to learn everything. This role is based in London. Key Responsibilities:- Support founders and leadership team by identifying and executing high-priority operational initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive market research to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop professional sales and marketing materials, including investor presentations and company communications with social media across multiple platforms
- Attend and represent Tracer at engineering conferences globally, engaging directly with the developer and open-source community to drive awareness and contributor growth
- Collaborate across teams to drive project success and operational efficiency
- Handle everything from contract drafting to event planning, no job too small, no challenge too big
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a lot of ambiguity and hypothesis-testing
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Bonus: experience or interest in technology or start-ups
