Tracebit detects intrusions in cloud environments using canaries - decoy assets deployed to deceive attackers. We are backed by some of the very best investors (Accel, Tapestry and more). As we scale rapidly, our operations function needs to keep pace. We are looking for someone early in their career who wants to get their hands dirty across hiring, events, and process-building at a high-growth startup.

About the role:

You’ll report to our Strategy & Operations Lead. You’ll support him and our Founders in growing our operations function. Your core focus:

  • Expand company reach/brand.
  • Help coordinate marketing efforts and logistics for key initiatives and conferences like BlackHat and RSA.
  • Manage vendor relationships, track deadlines, and ensure we show up prepared.
  • Help us hire a world-class team.
  • Build and improve operational processes.

This is a generalist role with high exposure to how a startup operates. For the right person, it’s a launchpad into a career in tech operations. There will be opportunities to specialise in different functions as we grow.
