As we scale rapidly, our operations function needs to keep pace. We are looking for someone early in their career who wants to get their hands dirty across hiring, events, and process-building at a high-growth startup.

About the role:
You’ll report to our Strategy & Operations Lead. You’ll support him and our Founders in growing our operations function. Your core focus:
- Expand company reach/brand.
- Help coordinate marketing efforts and logistics for key initiatives and conferences like BlackHat and RSA.
- Manage vendor relationships, track deadlines, and ensure we show up prepared.
- Help us hire a world-class team.
- Build and improve operational processes.
This is a generalist role with high exposure to how a startup operates. For the right person, it’s a launchpad into a career in tech operations. There will be opportunities to specialise in different functions as we grow.
