Are you the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes? We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing professional services business looking for an Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of the organisation.
Please note that we are only considering applicants who have previous experience in a Practice/Operations Manager role within an accountancy practice.
You'll take ownership of operations, compliance, technology, people and client experience, working closely with the founders to help scale the business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Driving operational excellence across the practice
- Improving systems, workflows and embracing AI & technology
- Leading compliance, governance and quality processes
- Managing HR operations, onboarding and employee experience
- Enhancing client onboarding and overall client satisfaction
- Supporting leadership with strategic projects as the business continues to grow
