Working in a small finance team, your duties will be varied and broad. If you enjoy digging into the numbers, spotting trends, and turning financial data into insight that actually influences decisions, this could be the perfect next step. You will be joining the business at a time of great growth!
You will help deliver high‑quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the UK business. You’ll play a key role in producing meaningful MI, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and delivering the analysis senior leadership relies on. This is an 18 month fixed term contract so you must be immediately available.
Your responsibilities:
- Producing monthly management information (MI) for the UK Executive team
- Preparing financial analysis and commentary comparing actuals to budget.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting across both sides of the balance sheet.
- Creating MI for quarterly performance reviews and ad‑hoc business queries.
- Conducting cost control and variance analysis, and assisting with intragroup cost allocations.
- Working closely with Group Finance and local teams to ensure consistent reporting and cost allocation methodologies.
- Supporting the development and monitoring of financial KPIs.
- Assisting the Head of FP&A with ad‑hoc analysis and project work.
Your experiences:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- At 2 to 5 years post qualified experience in FP&A, Management Accounting, or Financial Control.
- Experience working in Financial Services, ideally Wealth or Asset management.
- Commercially aware, organised, and resilient under pressure.
