A highly reputable, listed Asset and Wealth Management firm are looking for a Financial Control & Regulatory Reporting Manager. The company has over £25 billion of assets under management and a network of offices around the UK. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will have varied responsibilities as detailed below.

Your Role

  • Manage the preparation of group regulatory returns and subsidiary financial statements under IFRS as well as Board papers.
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and assist in group consolidations.
  • Assist in production of technical papers for new accounting standards.
  • Preparation of Prudential and Liquidity Regulatory reporting.
  • Review the capital adequacy and liquidity positions of the Group.
  • Involvement in the production of the MIFIDPRU and ICARA returns.
  • Assist in the preparation of Corporation Tax and VAT returns.
  • Involvement in other finance projects including due diligence work.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant with strong regulatory reporting and financial control experience gained in asset / wealth management or banking.
  • Strong financial accounting and regulatory reporting (FCA / PRA) knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
