What you’ll do:
- Conduct detailed, targeted analysis of financial performance across the Group’s hotels, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins, reduce costs, and implement effective control measures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to core business functions, providing commercial insight and challenge to ensure value-driven decisions
- Drive and contribute to cross-functional business projects, aligning financial expertise with wider strategic goals.
- Capex planning, ROI modelling, and post-implementation reviews
What you’ll bring:
- Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with 2-5 years PQE
- Experience in a commercially focused finance role
- Multisite experience
- A strategic mind with a strong grasp of financial planning, analysis, and project management
- Ability to decipher complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Experience challenging and influencing business decisions at a senior level
