One of the leading Private Equity firms in Europe, who primarily invest in tech businesses, is looking to welcome a Accounts Payable into their Finance team for a 6 month contract.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day processing of financial information across global operations and help ensure the smooth running of the firms accounts payable function.
What You’ll Do
- Handle purchase orders and supplier invoices
- Run weekly payments and reconcile bank/supplier accounts
- Respond to invoice and payment queries
- Support employee expense claims
- Strengthen financial controls and improve processes
- 5+ experience as an accounts payable ideally within in a financial services firm
- Strong numeracy and academic background
- Must be able to start immediately
- Experience in accounts payable, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and improve
It is three days in the office, and they are looking to offer the successful candidate £35,000 - £40,000.
