This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing finance team and take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function during a period of continued growth.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple entities, working closely with colleagues across the UK and Europe.
It is 3 days in the office and they are looking to offer up to 210 a day (Umbrella).
What you'll be doing:
Managing the full accounts payable process from invoice receipt through to paymentProcessing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficientlyPreparing and executing supplier payment runs across multiple currenciesReconciling supplier statements and resolving queriesSupporting expense management and company card administrationAssisting with bank reconciliations and month-end activitiesWorking closely with stakeholders across the wider finance function What we're looking for: Proven Accounts Payable experience within a fast-paced environmentStrong xohmjla understanding of supplier payments, reconciliations and invoice processingExperience working across multiple entities and/or currenciesConfident using finance systems and ExcelHighly organised with excellent attention to detailAble to hit the ground running and work autonomously You will be proactive and thrive in a smaller collaborative finance team and be ready to take complete accountability from day one.
