04th August, 2026Senior FP&A Manager, Central London - 110,000 - 135,000 + package + bonus We’re working with one of the most recognised large multi-national organisations in the UK, who are driving a major change programme across the group.
As part of this change we’re looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decision-making and MI reporting across a large and complex organisation.
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you'll act as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, leading business planning, forecasting, scenario modelling and capital allocation activities.
You'll provide commercial insight that supports executive and Board-level decisions, helping to drive long-term value creation and business performance.
You’ll play a huge part in bringing better working practices, better analysis and better use of technology to drive meaningful improvements of MI and commercial information to help the board and divisional MD’s make better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning and rolling forecast processes.
Develop robust financial models and scenario plans to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial insight, performance analysis and constructive challenge.
Deliver high-quality Board and executive reporting, translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
Support investment appraisal, capital allocation and return-on-investment decisions.
Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and performance management frameworks.
Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
About You ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.
Significant post-qualified experience within a complex, multi-entity or group environment Experience from financial services, business services or a complex UK-listed environment is essential Strong track record in FP&A, financial modelling, forecasting and strategic business partnering.
Experienced influencing senior executives and presenting to Board-level stakeholders.
Highly commercial, analytical and capable of translating financial data into actionable business insight.
Experience with Enterprise Performance Management tools, ideally Anaplan.
