A growing Investment Management firm is looking for a management accountant to join a dynamic, growing finance team. With a long-standing track record of backing ambitious companies and building resilient, future-ready assets globally, this is your chance to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work while developing your own professional journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Preparing monthly management accounting reports and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing bank reconciliations, staff expenses, travel and credit card journals
- Working closely with external payroll providers to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery
- Preparing payroll journals, staff cost schedules, pension and share plan contribution schedules
- Reconciling payroll deductions and maintaining payroll-related balance sheet ledgers
- Reviewing management accounts expense schedules
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Supporting statutory audits and contributing to ongoing process improvements
- Providing proactive support across the wider Finance team
What You’ll Bring:
- ACA or ACCA qualification
- 1 or 2 PQE as a management or financial accountant ideally within a financial services firm
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence prioritising tasks and taking ownership
- A problem-solving, inquisitive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to drive efficiency and operational improvements
- Flexibility to support colleagues across the finance function
- Intermediate Excel skills
