A growing Investment Management firm is looking for a management accountant to join a dynamic, growing finance team. With a long-standing track record of backing ambitious companies and building resilient, future‐ready assets globally, this is your chance to contribute to meaningful, high‐impact work while developing your own professional journey.
What You'll Do:
- Preparing monthly management accounting reports and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing bank reconciliations, staff expenses, travel and credit card journals
- Working closely with external payroll providers to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery
- Preparing payroll journals, staff cost schedules, pension and share plan contribution schedules
- Reconciling payroll deductions and maintaining payroll‐related balance sheet ledgers
- Reviewing management accounts expense schedules
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Supporting statutory audits and contributing to ongoing process improvements
- Providing proactive support across the wider Finance team
What You'll Bring:
- ACA or ACCA qualification
- 1 or 2 PQE as a management or financial accountant ideally within a financial services firm
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence prioritising tasks and taking ownership
