07th September, 2026Group Treasury Manager | Private Equity | 100,000 - 110,000 | Central London | 4 days in A leading international investment manager is seeking a Group Treasury Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing its global treasury function. This is a high profile position within a growing business that manages investments across infrastructure, private markets and sustainable growth sectors. Reporting to FD, you will have the opportunity to shape treasury strategy, strengthen governance and controls, and influence key funding and liquidity decisions across an international group.The Opportunity Leading the Treasury function, you will manage 1 member of staff. You will be actively partnering with leadership to help form their decision making and actively involved in the deals the team are making. If you're looking to move into a broad, commercially focused position where you can combine strategic treasury leadership with hands on operational oversight. You will take ownership of treasury governance, liquidity management, funding activities, banking relationships and treasury reporting, while helping to build a scalable treasury framework capable of supporting continued business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of a scalable, best in class treasury functionDesign and maintain treasury policies covering liquidity, investments, foreign exchange, counterparty risk and governanceManage funding facilities, financing solutions and assess hedging requirementsDrive process improvement, automation and enhancementsDevelop robust cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, including relationships with banksMonitor cash positions and investment opportunitiesProduce scenario analyses covering acquisitions, refinancing, capital distributions and stressed liquidity situationsMonitor liquidity, foreign exchange, counterparty and operational risksDevelop treasury risk metrics and governance processesLead stress testing exercises and continuous improvement initiativesAbout You You are a motivated treasury professional who combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
