You will be working with a very high calibre team who are looking for a motivated individual to join the team. The firm not only offers you great visibility within the firm, but it offers great internal progression, which is one of the reasons why this role has come about. This is an exciting role for a candidate looking for their first move into industry from audit. The main responsibilities for this Group Financial Accountant role are:Ownership of the consolidation process, as well as budgeting and forecastingMonth end and financial control proceduresOwnership of internal controls, procedures, and documentationHelp support the Group Finance Manger as a business partner for cost center headsPrepare the forecasts and annual budgets for the plcReview the work that is prepared by the Finance graduate and Group Financial AccountantComplete the month end for the plc and group consolidationPrepare the corporation tax and VAT returns The successful applicant for this Group Financial Accountant role will be:Qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or Equivalent) with 1 or 2 PQEStrong IFRS and consolidation knowledge.
