15th September, 2026Trace is recruiting a Finance & Operations Manager to join the team of a rapidly growing Private Credit team in an investment management firm based in the City of London.
Your
Role: Responsibility for the loan portfolio accounting and operations teams for the Private Credit business.
Produce MI and analysis on the loan book position for senior management.
Ownership of cash management, reconciliations and operational controls.
Identify operational risks ensuring any weaknesses are improved.
Improve controls and documentation of procedures across the team.
Monitor reconciliations across the operational and finance systems.
Manage the team, ensuring KPI's are SLA's are met.
Working on finance operations projects as and when required.
Your Skills and
Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with experience in lending or private credit.
Experience in lending accounting and operations is essential with knowledge from onboarding through to payments and reconciliations.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data.
