Accounting Supervisor / Management Accountant in London

With a long-standing track record of backing ambitious companies and building resilient, future‑ready assets globally this is your chance to contribute to meaningful, high‑impact work while developing your own professional journey.What You’ll Do:In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate, insightful financial information and ensuring smooth financial operations across the group. Your responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management accounting reports and balance sheet reconciliationsReviewing bank reconciliations, staff expenses, travel and credit card journalsWorking closely with external payroll providers to ensure timely, accurate payroll deliveryPreparing payroll journals, staff cost schedules, pension and share plan contribution schedulesReconciling payroll deductions and maintaining payroll‑related balance sheet ledgersReviewing management accounts expense schedulesPreparing quarterly VAT returnsSupporting statutory audits and contributing to ongoing process improvementsProviding proactive support across the wider Finance teamWhat You’ll Bring:We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
