This is an exciting opportunity for a talented analyst with up to three years' experience who is looking to take ownership of critical reporting, analytics, and data management responsibilities within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Reporting into the Head of Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in providing high-quality data insights that support investment decision-making, operational efficiency, regulatory reporting, and strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions.
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Deliver accurate and timely management information to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with investment teams to provide analysis on portfolio, client, and business performance data.
Own and maintain key reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
Support regulatory, operational, and client reporting activities.
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in developing and implementing data governance and data quality frameworks.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Support ongoing data transformation and initiatives across the business.
Skills & Experience Essential Up to 3 years' experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role.
Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating large datasets.
Strong experience using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualisation tools.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Proven ability to produce meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
