Head of Financial Control in England

Head of Financial Control, up to £90,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits

Varied senior finance role working for a luxury hospitality business. Leading a team of 3 across control, tax and treasury you will centrally lead the consolidation and financial reporting for the Group. With local finance teams the central team in London is a high calibre one, with lots of opportunity in the future. With private funding the Group plans to double its real estate over the next 7 years.

We are looking for an individual who can;

• Step up into a FC role from a big complex business or take the opportunity to move from a SME, perhaps currently in a more varied HOF role, to focus on financial control and build a career in a bigger business
• Leading, motivating and elevating the team with be critical
• Building relationships across the Group, inside and outside of finance will set you up for success

Key qualifications, skills & experience we are seeking are;

• Ideally ACA trained, with experience with international business
• Financial control experience, including consolidation, tax and cashflow modelling
• Evidence of leading & motivating teams
• Positive, outgoing personality, with good communication skills
• Progressive attitude, who wants to develop and take on projects beyond BAU
