I am seeking a skilled and motivated Tax Manager to join our London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified tax professional looking to broaden their exposure and work across tax advisory and compliance, with international exposure within a dynamic and growing real estate investment firm.
About the Role
As Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing UK and international tax compliance across our portfolio in the UK, Europe & Australia. You’ll ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, estimates, and payments, while supporting internal finance teams and managing third-party providers. This will be a mainly reviewing role and your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing global corporation tax returns
- Managing VAT/GST and Fringe Benefit Tax compliance in the UK and Australia
- Coordinating year-end tax provisions and investor tax reporting
- Leading tax audits and liaising with tax authorities
- Supporting tax structuring and due diligence for acquisitions and disposals
- Driving improvements in tax processes and global policies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax and international tax compliance
- Familiarity with UK GAAP and other accounting frameworks (preferred)
- Experience in real estate investment or development (desirable)
- Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across regions and time zones
