A growing Private Equity firm are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the firm’s payroll, and will partner closely with HR, Finance and other teams to ensure a seamless payroll operation, globally. Reporting into the Finance Director. They are looking to offer the successful candidate between £75,000 - £90,000.
Main Duties:
- Ensure all the data is correct for payroll processing
- Compliance and Reporting - Ensure compliance with all internal and external local payroll regulations and laws
- Responsible for the staff budget and half yearly reforecasts
- Significant input in the bi-annual salary and bonus review cycle
- Key input in annual remuneration committee meetings
- Lead on the companies compensation review processes
- Conduct company wide annual compensation benchmarking to propose salary and bonus banding to ensure the company remains competitive and in line with the market trends
- Complete regular audits of payroll procedures and records to ensure compliance
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and implement changes as necessary
- Ensure all payroll balance sheet reconciliations are completed
- Work closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data, and handle payroll related reports and data to senior management
Person Specification:
- CIPP qualified or QBE
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Experience with Workday or Anaplan is desirable but not necessary
- Proven experience in a previous payroll management role
