- ACA / ACCA Qualified with 2 years PQE in Financial Services needed
- Multi entity & Intercompany experience needed
- 6 Month role - £500 p/day inside IR35, 4 days in West End office
**This role is for 4 days in the office with 1 day from home and you will need to be Immediately available
Duties:
- Support the Group Financial Controller in the preparation of the Group management accounts
- Assist the Finance team in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Day-to-day responsibility for the maintenance of accurate ledgers in cloud-based accounting software of the management entities books and records
- Overseeing the outsourced AP/AR inputs
- Responsible for running and leading the weekly payment process and the weekly bank/cash reconciliation, and for preparing the rolling cash forecasts
- Prepare and issue advisory fees and cost recharge invoices
- Prepare the monthly recharges to the Funds and articulate with the fund administrators for settlement
- Preparing monthly expense analytics in a management reporting view, fully understanding cost drivers and reasons for variances
- Prepare workings and submit monthly VAT returns (supported by the accounting package)
Person Spec:
- ACA / ACCA Qualified with 2 years PQE
- Multi entity / Currency experience within SME sized Financial Services (ideally PE) is required
- Inter company Recs / Re-charges also needed
