Head of Finance Operations (FTC), Wealth & Investment Management
£ Competitive, South Coast and Hybrid
A highly reputable, listed Wealth and Investment Management firm is looking for a Head of Finance Operations. The company has over £100 billion of assets under management/administration and a network of offices around the UK.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the main purpose of this role is to review the operational finance systems processes and procedures, implementing best practice and efficiencies.
Your Role
- Be part of the Senior Leadership Team to implement new processes and procedures for finance systems (including Workday).
- Lead the finance operations function process redesign to improve efficiencies.
- Involvement in the Group strategy including roll out of new reporting and systems.
- Embedding change and ensuring the new technologies improve operational processes.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Senior accounting professional with broad finance operations experience in a large corporate (ideally financial services).
- Extensive change and process improvement experience.
- The ability to present complex data clearly together with first-rate stakeholder management and leadership skills.
