A prestigious, internationally renowned luxury hospitality business is seeking a skilled Group Reporting & Treasury Manager to take ownership of group statutory reporting and enhance their treasury operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity across the group, delivering timely and accurate reporting, managing debt covenants, and supporting tax and treasury strategies. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team and collaborate across international finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver consolidated statutory accounts for multiple international entities
- Manage the external audit process, ensuring timely completion and clean audit reports
- Maintain and improve financial controls across group entities
- Support technical accounting matters (IFRS and local GAAPs)
- Lead group cashflow forecasting and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with lending covenants and oversee group debt arrangements
- Assist with interest rate hedging strategies and banking relationships
- Monitor FX exposure and assist in mitigation strategies
- Support international tax compliance and coordination with external advisors
- Maintain awareness of cross-border tax considerations and evolving regulations
- Manage and develop a team of 3–4 finance professionals
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with strong technical expertise
- Proven experience in group statutory reporting and treasury management
- International exposure (multi-entity or multi-currency) highly desirable
- Strong understanding of controls, audit processes, and tax principles
- Effective leader with experience managing a small finance team
