- Finance System Implementation
- Ideally Elite 3E experience
- Law Firm
- Hybrid working with 2/3 days in the office
- 6 month contract
- £400 – £450 per day (Ltd or Umbrella)
You will report to the System Implementation lead and work closely with the project team and finance team to migrate data and support the project to upgrade the system.
You will start from the outset of the initial project plan and be a key member of the team to ensure a smooth implementation.

Responsibilities
- To work closely with the project and finance team in the implementation of Elite 3E for Finance.
- Testing requirements
- Data Mapping
- Monitoring progress toward project milestones.
- Identifying risks and opportunities from reviewing finance and contract & project data.
- Business partner with the Management Team, Software developers, and Finance Teams to improve process efficiencies and ensure data issues are resolved quickly.
- Data migration to 3E
- Working closely with the Financial Controller and senior finance team to design new reports for accounting and finance.
- Liaising with internal system developers and external IT support.
- User acceptance testing.
- Assist with creating a process manual.
- Understand the data flows for other systems used by the business into 3E.
Skills & Experience
- You will be from an accounting and finance background (ideally qualified or QBE) with finance systems implementation experience. Ideally you will have 3E.
- Experience in business partnering with finance, senior management and IT/developers.
- Ability to take ownership of the project and see it through to completion.
- You will be detailed and 'hands on' as well as understanding the big picture.
